Morning Brew – Anna Paquin talks bisexuality with Larry King

Good morning!

Keyshia Cole says her song “She” is both about another woman and herself, kind of.

“I had to get familiar with myself so I think that song is really, in essence of what that song ‘She’ is about. It’s getting to know yourself. I know people think it’s about girl-on-girl action, which it was at first, and then I kinda switched the lyrics around a little bit.”

IndieWire talked with Foxy Merkins director Madeline Olnek. A quote:

I’ll tell you one kind of rap I’ve gotten one or two times that has really annoyed me: When people see women who don’t look like…models, and they assume I’m just casting my friends. Like they don’t think they’re actors… Especially people who look gay identified or whatever, that to me is amazing. Whatever. That’s just one review, but I’m still mad about it!
Painkiller Jane is getting a new reboot, but it’s probably going to cast someone other than Kristanna Loken in the lead role. Boo.
