George Clooney Is Coming To "Downton Abbey"

Oscar-winner and professional silver fox George Clooney will pay a little visit to the Crawleys in an upcoming Downton Abbey special.

Before you start breaking out the harem pants and clutching the Dowager's pearls, Clooney won't be part of the Abbey's fifth season, but rather appear in a one-off sketch benefiting the ITV charity Text Santa – an annual fundraiser which raises money for UK charities during the Christmas season.

The Cloonster will play an American wedding guest at a country estate and has reportedly already shot his scenes — rumored to be with his Monuments Men co-star and Crawley patriarch Hugh Bonneville.

Sadly, the skit won't be aired in America, so you'll have to console yourself with the fifth season when it premieres on PBS in January.
