Ricky Martin and his fiancé, Swedish artist Jwan Yosef make one highly-instagrammable power couple, so we're delighted—but not totally surprised—by Martin's recent revelation that their initial meet-cute actually happened on the gram.

“I’m scrolling and I see this beautiful piece of art and I’m like, ‘Whoa, how cool! Who’s this?’" Martin told Andy Cohen on Radio Andy. "Then I start checking and all of a sudden I’m like, ‘Ooh, ooh.'" And then I wrote to him."

The Latin sensation explained, “We were talking for like six months without me hearing his voice. We talked about art—nothing sexy. I swear, nothing sexy. It was all about art and life in general. He used to live in London [so] I went to London and I met him.”

After a few months of dodging rumors, the couple went public with their relationship last April. They announced their engagement in November.

"I’m very certain about what’s happening," Martin told People. "I’m a hopeless romantic.”
