Two Arrested In Murder Of Male Model Harry Uzoka

George Koh, who modeled for Louis Vuitton, and another man have been charged.

Two men have been arrested in conjunction with the death of 25-year-old model Harry Uzoka, who died from a knife wounds last week in West London. Fellow model George Koh, 24, and 23-year-old Jonathan Okigbo were charged Sunday, with Koh additionally charged with “possession of an offensive weapon.”

Initially authorities thought the murder might have been due to a modeling dispute, or a burglary gone wrong. But at a hearing Thursday, prosecutors alleged the trio had been fighting over a woman and decided to resolve things with a fight. Uzoka and an unnamed friend reportedly arrived in Shepherd's Bush with pipes while Koh, Okigbo, and another man came with knives. They chased Uzoka, and stabbed him three times in the heart.

Koh, who said he acted in self-defense, turned himself in to police.

Uzoka was a rising star: Signed with Premier Model Management in London and Next Models in L.A., he modeled for G-Star, Levi's, Uniqlo, and Everlane, and appears in this month's British GQ.

Koh has modeled for Louis Vuitton, Paul Smith, and Lanvin and was once signed with IMG, though the agency said he hadn't been repped by them in nearly a year.

He and Okigbo are expected back in court on April 4, when they will enter their pleas.
