Pink's Video For "What About Us" Includes Male Dance Duo

The Goldenboyz choreograph a passionate pas de deux.

After releasing a lyric video for "What About Us," Pink released the song's official music video today.

Directed by Georgia Hudson, the clip sees the rock queen and a group of diverse dancerstearing it up on the streets of L.A. It's choreographed by The Goldenboyz, who also worked on Pink's video for "Try," and includes a passionate pas de deux between two male dancers.

Fans have interpreted "What About Us" as everything from a relationship ending to the current political climate. But Johnny McDaid, who co-wrote the song with Pink, says not to try to pin it down.

"Explaining what a song is about is kind of a dangerous thing for me, because it takes away the possibility of a song becoming whatever it is to somebody that listens to it," he told Billboard. "It’s like alchemy, you know, you interact with the person there in the room and you — these things, these ideas come out and what the ideas are for Alecia are probably different to even the person hearing it."

Pink will receive the Video Vanguard award at the 2017 Video Music Awards on Logo and MTV Her seventh studio album, Beautiful Trauma, is due out October 13.
