Tom Hardy's "Venom" Training Videos Are Making Our Spidey Sense Tingle

He is getting in beast mode to play the Spider-Man villain.

One of Spider-Man's most famous foes, Venom, made his comic book debut thirty years ago in Amazing Spider-Man. He has been featured on the Spider-Man animated series and video games and was portrayed on the big screen by Topher Grace in 2007's Spider-Man 3—to mixed reviews.

Now Venom is finally getting his own movie and hunky Tom Hardy will be starring as Eddie Brock, the frenemy of Peter Parker, who becomes the host of an alien symbiote, transforming him into the villain.

Anyone who has seen Chris Hemsworth's workout videos preparing for Thor knows that training to be a superhero (or supervillain in this case) is no easy task. That's why Hardy has teamed up with professional MMA fighter Nathan Jones and trainer Mark Mene to get his body into beast mode for his Marvel Universe debut.

After watching Hardy train for his role we do not blame the symbiote for latching onto his body and never letting go.

Check out his intense workouts in the photos and videos below and mark your calendars for October 5, 2018 when Venom hits theaters.
